3 Compass Point

3 Compass Point is a ground-floor apartment in Weymouth, with a shop 0.1 miles away, a pub 0.5 miles and the beach 0.6 miles. It sleeps four in two bedrooms. The king-size bedroom has an en-suite with a walk-in shower, a basin, a heated towel rail and a WC, alongside a twin room. The main bathroom has a free-standing bath, a basin and a WC.

Kitchen, dining area and sitting area make up one open-plan space. The kitchen has an electric oven, an induction hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a washer/dryer and a dishwasher, and there is a TV and WiFi. The apartment is warmed by electric heaters, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

To the rear is a courtyard with furniture. One off-road parking space comes with the apartment, which matters if you are bringing more than one car. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is by 10am. Nearby attractions include the Nothe Fort and Gardens, RSPB Lodmoor and the Weymouth SEA LIFE Centre, while Dorchester and Bridport make longer day trips.

Pets and smoking are not allowed. The apartment suits two couples or a family of four who want a ground-floor base 0.6 miles from the beach, and who are content with one parking space.
