18 Chamberlaine Road

18 Chamberlaine Road is a house in Weymouth with two bedrooms upstairs, a king-size and a twin, which sleep four between them. A single bathroom serves both rooms and has a bath with a shower over it.

Downstairs, the lounge has exposed brickwork and two sofas, with the kitchen just off it. The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer and a washing machine. A separate dining room seats four, and a highchair can be provided for a younger child. Central heating is fitted, there is a TV and WiFi, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

Outside there are two enclosed spaces: a garden at the front, and a courtyard at the back with a patio and furniture. One dog is welcome, and no more, because the house is not big enough for a second. Smoking is not allowed.

Parking is on the road. A shop is 0.1 miles away, a pub 0.4 miles and the nearest beach 1.2 miles, while Chesil Beach is less than two miles away. The house suits a couple or a small family of four, including a family with one dog and a baby or toddler.
