26 High West

26 High West is a townhouse over three floors, close to the harbour in Weymouth. The shop is 0.2 miles away, the pub 0.1 miles and the beach 0.8 miles. The sitting room has an electric fire and a Smart TV, and a selection of books is provided. The kitchen/diner has an oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. There is no washing machine. Heating is gas central heating, and Bournemouth and Dorchester are both options for a day trip.

The king-size bedroom has its own TV. The twin is on the second floor, which also has a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. The other bathroom has a bath, a walk-in shower, a basin and a heated towel rail. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included. The main bathroom and the shower room give two places to wash for four guests.

Two small dogs are welcome, but not cats. Parking is on the road and depends on spaces being free. A good housekeeping bond is payable. An enclosed courtyard at the back has furniture. Smoking is not allowed. It suits a family or two couples with small dogs who are happy to find roadside parking. The courtyard is a spot for a coffee or an evening drink.
