2 Bathsheba Terrace

2 Bathsheba Terrace sits on the outskirts of Dorchester, on the fringes of the Dorset AONB. A public footpath runs alongside the house and leads into the town centre. The nearest shop is half a mile away and the nearest pub is 0.2 miles, both under a mile away.

The house has a sitting room, a kitchen with a gas oven and hob, a washing machine and a tumble dryer, and a conservatory that works as an extra place to eat. Two TVs and WiFi are provided, and gas central heating, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. The fire in the sitting room is not in use.

Both bedrooms are up the stairs on the first floor, each with a double bed, so the house sleeps four. The bathroom has a shower, hand basin and WC, and a separate cloakroom is provided.

At the back, the enclosed patio garden comes with furniture, and one allocated off-road space takes a single car. One well-behaved dog is welcome. Smoking is not allowed, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable. The house suits two couples or a small family who want a base on the edge of town with a footpath into the centre.
