The Coach House

The Coach House is a detached house just outside the village of Charminster, which lies 1.5 miles from Dorchester. It has two bedrooms, a double and a twin, and both have an en-suite. The double's en-suite has a bath with a hand-held shower, and the twin's has a bath with a shower over it. The house sleeps four, and a cloakroom completes the layout. The ceilings are low upstairs, so watch your head.

The open-plan living space combines a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with an electric fire, and there is a separate utility room. The kitchen has a range cooker with electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a dishwasher and an air fryer. Oil central heating, WiFi, a Smart TV, fuel and power, bed linen and towels are all provided. A highchair is available on request.

Outside is an enclosed lawn and a balcony. Designated parking is for two cars. The shop and the pub are each 0.4 miles away. A good-housekeeping bond is payable.

Pets and smoking are not allowed. With an en-suite on each bedroom, it suits two couples sharing, or two adults with two children who want a bathroom each.
