2 Belvedere Lodge is the first and second floors of a building in Swanage, reached by stairs from a ground-floor hall. It sleeps six, in three bedrooms with three bathrooms. The beach, the pub and the shop are all just over 300 metres away. Straight opposite is a gate onto Prince Albert Gardens and Durlston Country Park, where you can join the South West Coast Path.

The sitting room is at the front, with a period fireplace holding an electric inset fire, a Smart TV with Netflix and a Sonos soundbar. The kitchen is separate, with a breakfast bar, a dining table, a hatch through to the sitting room, an induction hob, an electric oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and a washing machine. The bedrooms are a king-size, a twin and a super-king zip-and-link that can be made up as a twin on request. There are three bathrooms: one with a bath and shower cubicle, one with a shower cubicle, and one with a walk-in shower, each with a WC.

The courtyard garden has a gas BBQ, a table, chairs and sun loungers. It is reached from the front door through a gate at the back of the ground-floor flat's parking space. Parking for this apartment is in a garage. Two dogs are allowed, and the property accepts dogs only, with additional charges possible. Guests should take care on the stairs and supervise children. Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is before 10am.

The apartment suits a family of up to six, or three couples, with a dog or two, who want a garage and a BBQ.
