20 Princess Road

Number 20 Princess Road is a three-floor house for six just off the high street in Swanage. The pub is 0.2 miles away, the shop 0.3 miles and the beach 0.5 miles. The garden is enclosed, mostly laid to patio, with a table and chairs, and there is private parking for one car.

The living room has a bay window, a wood burner and sofas that seat six. The separate dining room has a table for six and a feature fireplace. The kitchen has an induction hob, an oven, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a microwave and a ground coffee machine. A welcome pack is provided, and the TV comes with an Amazon fire stick.

The first floor holds the king-size bedroom, which has a bay window and a feature fireplace, a bunk bedroom, described as suited to children, and the family bathroom. That bathroom has a bath, a separate shower and a WC, and it is the only bathroom in the house. The twin bedroom is on the second floor under the eaves, looking out towards Nine Barrow Down. Beach towels need to be brought from home. Dogs cannot stay. Guests arrive from 4pm and depart before 10am.
