30 Fleet Street

30 Fleet Street is a recently renovated, two-bedroom stone cottage on a quiet street in Beaminster, with a shop and pub 0.2 miles away. An entrance vestibule takes coats and boots. The open-plan kitchen/diner overlooks the garden, and the lounge has a large inglenook fireplace with an electric flame-effect stove, a Smart TV and a selection of books and games.

The bedrooms are a king-size double and a twin, and the twin's two 2ft 6in singles can be zipped together as a second king-size if you ask when booking. A sofa bed in the lounge, also on request, brings the total to five. The shower room has a walk-in power shower and a heated towel rail, with a cloakroom on the ground floor. The kitchen has an electric oven, an induction hob, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a kettle and a toaster. WiFi, gas central heating, fuel and power, bed linen and towels are included.

From the kitchen, two steps rise to the enclosed rear garden, which has a patio, a barbecue, a sun lounger and a table and chairs. One dog is accepted; more are at the owner's discretion and carry a charge. No pets are allowed upstairs. Smoking is not allowed. Parking is at the roadside, first come first served, and there is a public car park a short walk away with daytime charges but none overnight. Check-in is from 4pm, check-out by 10am, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable. It suits a small family or two couples who bring a dog.
