Dandy Cottage

Dandy Cottage is at Melplash, near Bridport, with Beaminster the nearest of the towns around it. It is on one floor, with steps up to the entrance, and it sleeps four.

The open-plan living area has a vaulted ceiling, an L-shaped kitchen with an electric oven, an induction hob, an air fryer, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a Nespresso machine, a microwave and a fridge/freezer, and a dining table with bench seating for four. The lounge has a sofa and a Smart TV. The king-size bedroom and the twin both have patio doors to the garden and share the family bathroom, which has a bath, a separate shower and a WC.

The garden is enclosed and split-level, with a furnished patio and a lawn. There is an unenclosed drop from the garden to the patio, so children need watching. Off-road parking is for two cars and is shared with the neighbouring property. It has an EV charging point.

Group bookings may be checked to confirm the stay is for a holiday, and a security deposit may be requested. Stag and hen parties are not permitted, and dogs are not allowed. Shops and pubs are 2.5 miles off, with the beach at 6 miles. The cottage suits a couple or small family who want a single-storey layout with a charging point.
