58B At The Beach

58B At The Beach is an apartment on a single floor of a renovated period terrace in Weymouth. The beach, the shop and the pub are each less than half a mile away, and the town centre is under a mile. Lodmoor Country Park, with its miniature railway and crazy golf, and the Sea Life centre are both within half a mile.

The lounge/diner and a separate TV room each have a Smart TV. The larger of the two rooms has a dining table set in a bay window, with far-reaching views of the beach and the coast. Next to it, the kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge/freezer and a washer/dryer.

Of the two bedrooms, one is a family room with a king-size bed and an extra single, and the other has a king-size bed. The bathroom has a bath as well as a separate shower. A travel cot and highchair are available if guests bring their own cot linen. There is no outside space of its own, though a shared washing line is provided.

Private parking is for one car, and an EV charging point sits opposite the property, with charges set at the point. No dogs are allowed. The apartment suits a family of up to five who want the sand nearby and have no need for a garden.
