Beach View Apartment 3

Beach View Apartment 3 is a first-floor apartment in a period building directly on the seafront at Greenhill in Weymouth. A bay window gives the sea views, and the apartment sleeps up to five guests in two bedrooms.

The main bedroom has a king-size double and a single bed, with an en-suite shower room, basin and WC, and the second bedroom is a twin. A separate bathroom has a bath with a shower over. The living space is open plan, with a kitchen and a dining area, and a sitting area. The kitchen has a gas hob, an electric oven, a fridge, a freezer, a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a dishwasher, and the TV has Freeview plus a DVD player. WiFi is included, and so are fuel, power, bed linen and towels.

Parking is a garage for one car with extra off-road space. The outdoor space is an enclosed, walled courtyard with a picnic bench and a clothes line, which is communal. Guests here do not have access to the lawned garden. A cot can be provided.

The pub is 5 minutes' walk away and the shop 10 minutes, with the beach 1 minute from the door. The apartment is smoke-free and does not take pets. It suits a couple or a small family who are content to share a courtyard.
