Amaranta

Amaranta is a newly renovated end-terrace house on the Maltings Development, on the site of the former Devenish Brewery at Brewers Quay Harbour, in Weymouth. The shop and pub are 0.4 miles away and the beach is 0.9 miles.

Three bedrooms on the first floor sleep five: a double, a twin and a single. They share a bathroom with a bath and a shower over it, and a cloakroom is on the ground floor. The kitchen/diner has an oven, a gas hob, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a washing machine and a dishwasher, with a dining table for five. The sitting room has a TV, a PlayStation 4 and WiFi.

Outside is an enclosed patio with furniture. A cot, highchair and stairgate are available. There are two steps at the front door, and the allocated parking space for one car is about 100 yards from the house, along a sloping path with a flight of five steps.

Two well-behaved pets are welcome, and smoking is not allowed. Arrival is on a Saturday only, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable. It suits a family or group of five with up to two pets who can manage the steps between the car and the house.
