Ash Corner Cottage

On the outskirts of Weymouth, Ash Corner Cottage has direct access onto the Lorton Meadows nature reserve. The nearest shop is 1.5 miles away and the pub 1.6 miles. The king-size bedroom has sea views, and glimpses of the sea show from the bedroom windows.

The rear garden is enclosed and rises in levels, with a lawn, a raised patio and furniture. Its wall is low, so children need supervision at all times. Off-road parking takes one car.

Three bedrooms upstairs sleep five: the king, with its own en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC, a twin and a single. Another walk-in shower room has a heated towel rail, and there is a cloakroom as well. The cottage also has a kitchen/diner and a sitting room with a sofa, three armchairs and a Smart TV. The kitchen has an electric oven, a gas hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a slimline dishwasher and a washer/dryer. Gas central heating, WiFi, fuel and power, bed linen and towels are all included.

From 1 July to 31 August only seven-night bookings are taken. No pets are allowed, and smoking is banned both inside and outside. A good-housekeeping bond is payable. It suits a family of up to five, or friends who want a garden and a nature reserve close by.
