Beach View House is an end-terrace house in Wyke Regis, a village on the south western side of Weymouth. The beach is on the doorstep, with a shop 0.2 miles away and a pub 0.3 miles. There is a front patio with furniture, and one allocated space for off-road parking.
All three bedrooms are on the first floor: a main double with a wall-mounted TV and a private balcony with sea views, a second double with an integrated TV, and a single. The bathroom has a bath with a shower over it and a heated towel rail, and a separate cloakroom has a WC.
The sitting room has an electric fire, and the kitchen/diner has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge and an air fryer. A cot and highchair are available, but guests must bring their own linen for the cot. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included.
Pets and smoking are not allowed, and the lead booker must be 25 or over. A good-housekeeping bond is payable, and CCTV covers the external entrances. From July to September stays are for a minimum of seven nights with a Friday changeover, and from June to October the only check-in day is Friday. It suits a family of five who want a balcony view and a beach close by.
