Belvedere Cottage

Belvedere Cottage is a house in Weymouth, with the nearest shop and pub 0.1 mile away and the beach 0.6 miles away. The kitchen/diner is the first room on entering, with the sitting room beside it, and a ground-floor shower room has a walk-in shower. Appliances include a dishwasher and a washer/dryer, there are three televisions between the rooms, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

Five guests sleep across three bedrooms. On the first floor a double with its own television and a single share jack-and-jill access to an en-suite with a bath and a shower over it. The second floor has a twin, also with a television, and an en-suite walk-in shower of its own. Stairs link the floors, so think about that if anyone in your party finds them difficult.

Outside there is enclosed rear decking with furniture. Parking is on the road, available on a first-come, first-served basis, so a space near the house is not guaranteed. One well-behaved dog is welcome, and smoking is not allowed. The house suits a family or a group of friends of up to five who want a seaside base within walking distance of the beach, with space for one dog.
