7 Wilson Court is a second-floor apartment in Swanage, reached by a short flight of stairs. The beach, shop and pub are all less than 0.5 miles away, and the station for the Swanage Steam Railway is a couple of streets from the door. Walking the South West Coast Path leads to Durlston Castle in 1 mile and Anvil Point Lighthouse in 1.5 miles. Peveril Point, with views as far as the Isle of Wight, is a walk away too.

The traditionally styled lounge/diner has rattan furniture, a coal-effect electric fire, a TV, a DVD player and a radio. Next door, the kitchen has an electric cooker, a fridge with an ice compartment and a microwave. There are two bedrooms, a double and a twin with two single beds, and a tiled family bathroom with a WC and a shower over the bath. An immersion heater is fitted.

The apartment has no outdoor space of its own. The apartment has one private parking space, and it is not open to dogs.

By car, Poole is 19 miles away, Dorchester 25.5 miles and Weymouth 26.5 miles. 7 Wilson Court suits two couples, or a family of four, who plan to spend their days at the beach and do not need a garden.
