Bay Watch

Bay Watch is an apartment for four in Swanage where the view is the point. Large windows and patio doors in the living room look out over the sea, two big sofas face them, and the patio doors open onto a balcony with patio furniture. The shops, cafes, pubs, restaurants and the beach are all within 0.5 miles.

Double doors lead from the living room to the open-plan kitchen and dining room, where a spacious table has more views out to sea. The kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. The king-size bedroom has an en-suite shower room, and the twin room uses the family bathroom, where a shower is fitted over the bath. The living room has a Smart TV and a DAB radio.

At the back is a sheltered courtyard-style garden that all guests share, with a bench, plants and flowers. Guests may bring one dog, subject to possible additional charges. Parking is private for one car, and there is additional off-street parking nearby. Check-in is at 4pm or later, and check-out is before 10am.

The apartment suits a couple, two couples or a small family who want to look at the sea from the sofa, with one dog if they wish.
