Ballard View Apartment

Ballard View Apartment spreads over three floors in Swanage with a reverse-level layout: the open-plan living space is at the top, reached by a curved staircase. The beach is within 200 metres, the pub and the shop are 0.5 miles away, and the pier is 0.5 miles along the seafront. Corfe Castle is 4 miles away, and Monkey World and The Tank Museum are both within 20 miles.

The lowest floor has a cloakroom and a utility room with a washer/dryer. The two bedrooms are a double and a twin, and each has an en-suite: one with a shower over the bath and WC, the other with a walk-in shower and WC. The top-floor living area has high ceilings, patio doors and plenty of sofas, and the kitchen, with an electric oven and hob, a microwave and a fridge/freezer, shares the same space. There is a TV with PVR, and the landline takes incoming calls only.

The roof terrace has patio furniture. Parking is in two carports. Only children over 10 are welcome, and infants are not accepted. Dogs are not welcome here.

The apartment suits a couple, or adults with children over 10, who are happy to climb stairs to reach the living area.
