Ballard Down View

Ballard Down View is a purpose-built apartment on the ground floor of the Sandringham Court building, in a quiet part of Old Swanage. The pub is 0.5 miles away, and the shops and the beach are 1 mile. Studland Bay is just under 4 miles away, and Durdle Door is a 19-mile drive.

The living and dining area has large windows, comfortable sofas and a dining table for four, with a TV and a DVD player. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge/freezer and a washing machine, and wifi access is provided. The double bedroom looks out to old stone seaside buildings, and the twin has a view over the waters of the bay and the headland beyond. The shower room has a shower and a WC.

The apartment has no outside space. There is a private space for one car. The walkway from the parking spaces at the side of the building up to the main entrance door is steep, and unrestricted roadside spaces opposite are first come, first served. Smoking and vaping are not permitted. The apartment is closed to dogs.

Ballard Down View suits a couple, or a family of four, who do not need a garden and can manage a steep walkway from the car.
