74 Reap Lane

74 Reap Lane is a two-bedroom house at Southwell, close to the village of Weston on the Isle of Portland. For the island's towns, coast and attractions, see the Portland page. The ground floor has a kitchen, a living/dining room with a TV, and the stairs lead up to both bedrooms.

A double and a twin bedroom sleep four in total. The one bathroom has a bath, a power shower, a basin, a heated towel rail and a WC. In the kitchen there is an electric oven and hob, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, a coffee maker, an air fryer, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Central heating is fitted, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

The rear garden is fully enclosed and comes with outdoor furniture, which makes it the place to let dogs out. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. One car can use the designated off-road parking space. Weston is 0.5 miles away, the pub is 0.6 miles, and the nearest shop is 0.7 miles. A good-housekeeping bond is payable, and smoking is not allowed.

The house suits a family of four or two couples, and it is a good fit for anyone travelling with a pair of dogs who wants a secure garden.
