Arum

Arum is a single-storey bungalow in the village of Easton, on the Isle of Portland, with Weymouth 6 miles away. Four people can stay, split between a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. The only bathroom is a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC.

The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer and kettle, and there is a utility room. The living and dining room is its own room, with an electric fire and a Smart TV, and WiFi is included. Heat pumps run the heating, and fuel and power, bed linen and towels are all part of the booking.

Outside, a small courtyard with a patio area leaves room for a morning coffee, and there is also off-road parking for one vehicle. A shop is 0.3 miles away, a pub 0.2 miles and the nearest beach 1.7 miles. One well-behaved dog is welcome. A good-housekeeping bond is payable with each booking. Portland Bill Lighthouse and Portland Castle are among the island's sights.

Arum suits a couple or a small family who want the bedrooms, bathroom and living space on one floor, and who are bringing a car and perhaps a dog.
