Admiral's Quarter Apartment 4

Admiral's Quarter Apartment 4 is a two-bedroom flat on one level in a development of apartments, mews houses and town houses in Weymouth. It stands next to the Nothe Gardens, and Newton's Cove, a small shingle beach with rock pools, is a two-minute walk away.

The front door opens into a combined lounge, kitchen and diner. Bedroom one is cosy, with a double bed and a wall-mounted TV with a built-in DVD player. Bedroom two is compact and has a single bed with a child-size pull-out bed beneath it. The bathroom has a shallow bath with a shower over, a basin and a WC.

The pull-out bed is only suitable for a child, and where both single beds are in use they are for children only, so a party of four is at most two adults with two children. A cot is available, but space for it is restricted in bedroom one and there is no room for it in bedroom two when both beds there are in use.

The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, a washer dryer and a dishwasher, and there is a smart TV and a Blu-ray/DVD player. The WiFi is shared with a neighbouring property. An electric boiler supplies heating and hot water, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included. Parking is one allocated space behind electronic gates, and pets and smoking are not allowed. It suits a family with young children who want the gardens, the cove and Hope Square within a short walk.
