Admirals Rest

Admirals Rest is a three-bedroom apartment in Weymouth with an open-plan living space: kitchen, dining table and a sitting area with a Smart TV. A shop and a pub are 0.2 miles away, the beach is 0.3 miles and a lake is 0.5 miles. The kitchen has an electric oven, a gas hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine and a coffee maker, and WiFi and gas central heating are included.

The bunk room is on the ground floor, and the two double bedrooms are upstairs, one of them with its own TV. The bathroom has a bath with a shower over, and a separate cloakroom with a basin, WC and heated towel rail helps when six are sharing. A travel cot and a highchair are available. Fuel and power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent, and a welcome pack waits on arrival.

Off-road parking takes one car, with extra roadside spaces on a first-come, first-served basis, and there is somewhere to store bikes. Pets and smoking are not allowed, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is by 10am. It suits a family with children who will use the bunk room, or friends sharing three bedrooms without a dog.
