Bowleaze View

Bowleaze View is built upside down: the three bedrooms are on the ground floor, and the kitchen, sitting room and dining area are on the first floor, where the views are. From the sitting and dining area you look across Bowleaze Cove towards the Isle of Portland, with an RSPB nature reserve behind the house. The property is in Weymouth and sleeps six.

The bedrooms are a king-size with an en-suite shower, basin and WC, a double and a twin. A shower room with a shower, basin and WC serves the rest of the house. The first-floor kitchen has a breakfast area and an electric oven and hob. The house also has a fridge, a freezer, a washing machine and a dishwasher. There is a TV, a DAB/FM-Bluetooth CD player, an iPod docking station and WiFi. Heating is gas central heating, and bed linen and towels are included. A cot is available on request.

Off-road parking takes four cars, but the driveway is steep. The lawned garden has furniture and is not enclosed. A shop, a pub and the beach are all less than 2 minutes' walk away, and The Harvester and Cafe Oasis are adjacent to the house. The coastal path leads on towards Durdle Door and Lulworth Cove.

Pets and smoking are not allowed, and the house takes week-long bookings only. It suits a family or a group of friends who can manage a steep driveway and want the bedrooms and the living space on separate floors.
