Anchors Away

Anchors Away is a three-storey house in a residential part of Weymouth, 0.1 mile from the nearest shop, 0.3 miles from a pub and 0.8 miles from the beach. A hallway for shaking off sand leads to the sitting room with its smart TV, and on to a kitchen/diner with a dining table close by. Out the back, an enclosed patio garden has room for bikes and beach gear.

The two twin bedrooms are on the first floor and share a family bathroom with a bath, handheld shower, basin and WC. One more flight up, the king-size bedroom has its own en-suite with a walk-in shower, basin and WC, so six guests have two bathrooms between them.

Cooking is on a gas hob with an electric oven, backed up by a microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge/freezer, and a washing machine and dishwasher are fitted. WiFi and central heating are installed. Fuel and power are in the rent, as are bed linen and towels, and two cars fit on the off-road parking.

One well-behaved pet is welcome, and smoking is not permitted. The house suits a family or group of friends who are happy to use stairs between three floors and need space for two cars.
