Ashwood

Ashwood is a three-storey townhouse close to the harbour in Weymouth, sleeping six. Steps lead to both the front and rear entrances, including the steps up from the car park at the rear, and parking is for one car.

The first floor holds a large open-plan kitchen, and the sitting room has a feature fireplace and a balcony. The kitchen has an electric oven with a gas hob, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a washer/dryer and a dishwasher. Entertainment covers a TV, a DVD player, a music centre and a Sony PlayStation, and WiFi is included.

Of the three bedrooms, one has a 5ft king-size bed and the other two are twin rooms. A bathroom has a bath with a shower over, and a separate shower room has a basin and a toilet. A travel cot is included. There is gas central heating, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are part of the booking.

To sit outside, there is a west-facing enclosed courtyard with furniture. Shops and pubs are within five minutes' walk and the harbour is two minutes away. No pets or smoking. It suits a family or a group of couples who do not mind the steps.
