The open-plan living area combines kitchen, dining and sitting areas, with sea views through the bay window and patio doors from the dining area onto the garden.

Outside, the lawned patio garden with furniture belongs to this apartment alone. The walled internal courtyard, with a picnic bench and a clothes line, is shared with guests of Beach View Apartments 3 and 4. Cooking is on a gas hob and electric oven, with a microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. There are a TV, a DVD player and WiFi, gas central heating, and fuel, power, linen and towels are included. A cot and a highchair are available.
