Agua de Plata is a detached house on the Silverlake estate, a private reserve in the Dorchester area, and the rear garden has direct canal access to the lake via the house's own jetty. The garden has a lawn, decking and furniture. It is not enclosed, so children need supervising at all times. Parking is private, for two cars.

Inside, the open-plan living space holds the kitchen, a dining area for eight and a sitting area with a woodburning stove; a starter pack for the stove is available on request. Underfloor gas central heating is fitted. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, a wine chiller and a washer/dryer. There is a Smart TV with Netflix and Amazon, and WiFi. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

Upstairs are four bedrooms. Two are king-size rooms with a TV and an en-suite with a walk-in shower, and two are bunk rooms that suit children or adults. The family bathroom has a bath with a shower over, and a cloakroom downstairs has a basin and WC. A highchair, a travel cot and a stairgate can be provided.

Estate facilities include tennis courts and watersports. A new spa and pool opened on 1 August 2026, and use of both is payable on site; the old gym has closed to guests, and a new one is scheduled for 2027. The shop is a mile away and the pub 2.1 miles. Pets and smoking are not allowed, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable. It suits a large family or a group of friends who want en-suite king rooms and water on the doorstep.
