Anning Studio

Anning Studio is a studio annexe next to the owners' home in a residential part of Lyme Regis, and it sleeps two. A shared path and steps lead to the private entrance door, and everything inside is on one floor.

The entrance space has a utility area with a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a microwave. Beyond it is a shower room with a WC, which has a single step into the shower cubicle. The compact kitchen has a two-ring hob, a small oven and a fridge with an ice compartment, so it suits light meals. The main room combines a double bed, a sofa, a dining table for two and a TV.

Patio doors lead through a shared area of garden to a patio behind the annexe, with a table and chairs for a coffee in the morning or a drink in the evening. One off-road parking space is about 50 metres from the property. The beach, pubs and shops are all within 1 mile. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is before 10:00.

Dogs are not allowed. The studio suits a couple who want a self-contained base close to town, with their own washing machine and tumble dryer in the entrance space and a television in both the sleeping and sitting areas.
