The hall has a separate WC, and a snug off it has a gas fire and a Smart TV with a view across the stream opposite. It sleeps 8 across a king-size room with its own en-suite shower room, two doubles and a twin.

Further in, the open-plan lounge, kitchen and diner has a central island, and the seating area has a TV, DVD player and a PlayStation 3. The kitchen has a gas hob, electric ovens, a dishwasher, a microwave, a washing machine and a tumble dryer, and a highchair is available. A sun room at the back overlooks the garden. The four bedrooms are upstairs, and the family bathroom has a separate bath and shower.

The garden is fully enclosed, with a lawn bordered by planting, a patio and furniture. Private off-road parking is for two cars. The shop and the pub are within 0.25 miles and the beach is 5 miles away.

Two dogs are allowed, with an additional charge possible. It suits a family or two couples with children who want enough bedrooms to spread out, a snug for the evenings and shops on foot.
