Ayla

Ayla is a second-floor apartment in the middle of Lyme Regis. The pub and the beach are both 0.1 miles away, and the shop is 0.3 miles. Parking is not at the door: a public car park is a short walk from the apartment, subject to availability and payable on site.

The open-plan living space is lit by skylight windows and has a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with a sofa and a Smart TV. The kitchen has white gloss units, an electric oven and hob, a microwave and a fridge with an ice box. Gas central heating and WiFi are included, along with fuel and power, bed linen and towels.

The one bedroom has a double bed and storage, and opens to an en-suite shower room with a walk-in shower, a basin and a WC. A good-housekeeping bond is payable. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out at 10am.

Ayla is one of two apartments, and the other, Bahari, can be booked with it so that six guests share. Pets and smoking are not allowed. As a stay on its own it suits a couple who want somewhere compact and don't need a car at the door.
