Badger Cottage is a flint and stone barn conversion from the 18th century, in Notton, near Dorchester, with Frampton nearby. It stands in a row of four, at the end of a long drive through a working farm that is unmade in places. The entrance door opens straight into an open-plan lounge, kitchen and diner, with the galley kitchen on the right. It sleeps four. The bedrooms are a double, a small double and a single, all upstairs, and the property is suitable for children aged 2 and above. Dogs are not allowed.

In the lounge, seating is arranged around the wood burner and Smart TV, with the first basket of logs included, and the dining table is opposite. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge freezer and a dishwasher. Upstairs, the one bathroom has a shower over the bath and a WC. Laundry is in a shared room with two washing machines and a tumble dryer.

French doors lead from the lounge to a private patio with furniture and a charcoal BBQ, and there is an open lawn. A shared games room at the end of the row has a 3-in-1 table for pool, table tennis and air hockey, plus a dart board, board games and books. The cottage suits a small family who want a games room on the doorstep. Bicycles can be stored securely on request.

Two off-road spaces are in front of the cottage, and a dedicated 7.6kW EV charger is available by app or with the RFID fob supplied, at an additional cost. The water supply is private. CCTV covers the games room, the drive, the parking area and the green space, which is obscured from recording in the holiday season. The beach is 7 miles away, and the shop and pub are 2 miles.
