Clematis House

Clematis House is in the village of Charlton Down, near Frampton and less than 4 miles north of Dorchester, and sleeps five. It is one of just two properties in its street, and the house is reached along a walkway with two private parking spaces beside it. The garage is not for guest use.

Downstairs there is a kitchen with a dishwasher and a washing machine, a sitting room, a dining area in the conservatory and a cloakroom. Upstairs are three bedrooms, two doubles and a single, and a bathroom with a bath and a shower over it. Gas central heating is fitted, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. A travel cot, a highchair and a stairgate are available on request.

The enclosed rear patio has furniture and a parasol, and the garden is walled and described as totally secure. WiFi and Sky TV are provided, and a file of over thirty local walks and cycle rides is kept in the house. The shop and post office are a two-minute walk away and bake bread daily, the nearest playground is just yards from the house, and the nearest pub is 1.7 miles away.

Pets and smoking are not allowed. The house suits a family or a group of up to five who want a secure garden, their own parking and a village base within reach of Dorchester.
