Bay View

Bay View is a second-floor flat in Swanage with views over the pier, reached by steps. It is a one-bedroom base for two guests, and the bed is a king-size that can be split into two singles if you ask beforehand. A kitchen/diner, a sitting room with an electric fire and a bathroom with a bath and a shower over make up the rest of the flat.

The kitchen has a new oven and hob, a microwave and a fridge with a freezer box, and the flat has WiFi and a television with a radio. Electric central heating is fitted, with a daily fee for heating between October and March. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are otherwise included in the rent, and electric blankets are provided for the winter.

A designated parking space for one car comes with the flat. The shop and pub are 0.1 miles away and the beach is 0.2 miles.

Check the terms before booking. The minimum stay is 3 nights, babes-in-arms are the only children accepted, pets and smoking are not allowed, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable. Access involves steps. It suits a couple who want a short seaside break within reach of the shops.
