Brookesbay

Brookesbay is a first-floor apartment in a period building in the middle of Swanage, reached by a flight of stairs. Shops, pubs and the beach are within 500 metres, and parkland near the seafront is less than 120 metres away. There is no garden or outdoor space.

A lobby with an entry phone leads to an inner hall and the open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area, which has south-facing windows, a sofa and a Smart TV. The kitchen has an electric oven, a gas hob, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine and a coffee machine, and a table with chairs.

The double bedroom is off the inner hall, with a window where you can catch glimpses of the sea on clear mornings. The bathroom has a bath with a shower over it, and a WC. Bed linen and towels are included.

Parking is on the street, subject to availability and with summer restrictions, and a public car park is within 500 metres. Dogs are not allowed. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out before 10am. The apartment suits a couple who want to walk everywhere, with the railway station, where heritage steam trains run, 150 metres away and the South West Coast Path 350 metres away.
