Beach Retreat

Beach Retreat is a second-floor apartment in Weymouth, overlooking Weymouth Bay and beside the pebble beach, with views towards Weymouth and Portland. It is reached by an external staircase up two flights. The pub and beach are 0.1 mile away and the shop is 0.8 miles.

In the kitchen/diner there is a washer/dryer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a fridge/freezer and an electric oven and hob. The sitting room has a wood-burning stove and a TV, with sea views; logs are not provided. WiFi and central heating are fitted. Linen, towels, fuel and power are in the rent.

Two double bedrooms sleep four, one with an en-suite shower, and the bathroom has a bath, a hand-held shower and a heated towel rail. Outside, the enclosed rear terrace has patio furniture.

There is no parking at the apartment. The surrounding roads offer unrestricted on-street parking, subject to availability, and a pay-and-display long-stay car park, secure at night, is directly opposite. That car park has an EV point that allows overnight charging, and charges apply. Neither pets nor smoking are allowed, and the apartment can also be booked with a second property, Blue Yonder. It suits two couples or a small family who are happy to climb two flights of external stairs.
