Beachcomb is a third-floor apartment in the middle of Weymouth, with the beach and a pub both 0.1 miles away and a shop 0.4 miles. Each of the two double bedrooms sleeps two, so the apartment takes four guests. It also has a shower room with a walk-in shower, a kitchen and a sitting room with a TV. A lake and a river are each 1.2 miles off, and SEA LIFE Centre Weymouth and Nothe Fort are a short stroll away.

The kitchen has an oven, a gas hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a kettle and a toaster, and the apartment also has a washing machine. WiFi is included, together with fuel, power, bed linen and towels. The sitting room has plush seating and a TV for evenings in, and the shower room has a basin and WC as well as the walk-in shower. There is no garden.

Steps lead up to the property, and the owner notes that it is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. On-road parking is free, subject to availability.

A good housekeeping bond is payable. Pets and smoking are banned. It suits a family or a group of friends who want a pub, the beach and the middle of the town within a short walk and can manage the steps.
