Beaumont

Beaumont is a two-bedroom house in the town of Ferndown, not far from Wimborne Minster and a short drive from Bournemouth. It sleeps four, in a king-size bedroom and a twin, and both bedrooms overlook the back garden. The king-size has plenty of storage and the twin has built-in hanging space.

All the rooms lead off the entrance hall. The lounge/diner has a 42-inch Smart TV with a player and a dining table. The kitchen/breakfast room opens to the garden and has an electric oven, a gas hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. The bathroom has a bath, a separate shower with a small step to get in, and a WC.

The fully enclosed garden is mainly lawn, with patio furniture, a charcoal BBQ and a shed for bike storage that has a rail for hanging wetsuits. Off-road parking is for two cars. Two dogs are allowed, and additional charges may apply.

The town is close to Moors Valley Country Park and the New Forest. Shops and a pub are within walking distance, a restaurant is 1.5 miles away and the beach is 9 miles. Check-in is from 2.30pm and check-out before 10am. The house suits a family of four, or two couples, travelling with dogs.
