Camellia Cottage

In Wimborne Minster, Camellia Cottage keeps to a compact plan for four guests: a super-king-size bedroom, a twin and one shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. The twin suits children or two friends sharing. The town has the Minster church, a chained library, the Tivoli Theatre and river walks, and Kingston Lacy, Corfe Castle and Badbury Rings are among the National Trust days out nearby.

The living and dining room has a Smart TV and WiFi, and the kitchen next to it has an electric oven and hob, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, a kettle and a toaster. Gas central heating is provided. Linen, towels, fuel and power are all part of the rent.

Two cars fit off the road, with additional roadside parking on a first-come, first-served basis, and a garage is available for storage. Behind the house, an enclosed garden has a patio and a lawn. A stairgate is available.

A shop is 0.4 miles away and a pub 0.8 miles. No smoking and no pets; a good housekeeping bond is payable. Works for a couple with a friend, two couples, or parents with a child or two who want a quiet house with an enclosed garden.
