The Laurels

Check-in at The Laurels is on Monday or Friday only. The detached bungalow is in the Ferndown area, near Wimborne Minster, with everything on one floor. The driveway takes three cars, a shop is 0.1 miles away on the opposite side of the road, and a pub is 0.7 miles off.

The two bedrooms are a double and a twin, served by one bathroom with a bath and a walk-in shower. A cloakroom with a basin and WC is separate. A utility room holds the washing machine and tumble dryer.

The open-plan living space combines a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with underfloor heating, and a separate sitting room has a woodburning stove. The kitchen has an electric oven and grill, a ceramic induction hob, a coffee machine, a fridge/freezer and a dishwasher, as well as a kettle and toaster. Heating is underfloor in the open-plan space plus gas central heating. Fuel and power are included along with bed linen and towels, and a highchair can be requested.

Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with a lawn, a patio and decking, plus a side courtyard garden with a patio. No pets or smoking, and a good housekeeping bond is payable. Ideal for a family of four or two couples who want a stove-warmed sitting room and a private garden.
