Beck House

Beck House stands behind a secure metal gate in a small mews in the centre of Weymouth. The shop and pub are both 0.1 miles away, the beach is 0.2 miles, and the railway station is within easy walking distance.

A private patio with furniture sits within the enclosed communal courtyard, with patio doors from the lounge opening on to it. Inside, the ground floor combines a kitchen with a breakfast bar and a sitting area with a Smart TV, DVD player and CD player. The kitchen has an electric oven, a gas hob, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer and a dishwasher, and a separate utility room holds the washing machine.

Upstairs are a king-size bedroom and a twin bedroom, and the house sleeps four. The bathroom has a bath with a shower over, a basin and a WC. There is WiFi and gas central heating, and the rent covers fuel, power, bed linen and towels. A stairgate is available.

Parking works through a roadside permit for one car in Zone H, subject to spaces being available, and part of the good-housekeeping bond is withheld if the permit is not handed back on departure. It is a no-pets, no-smoking house. The house suits two couples, or a couple with a child or two, who want to leave the car and walk to the beach.
