Bedford Terrace

Bedford Terrace is a mid-terrace cottage in Bridport that sleeps four, with a pub 0.1 mile away and a shop 0.2 miles. The sitting room has a woodburning stove and logs are supplied, and the kitchen/diner has an electric oven, a gas hob, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer and a washing machine.

The two bedrooms are upstairs, a king-size and a twin. The bathroom is on the ground floor and has a bath with an overhead shower. Gas central heating is fitted, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. The pillows, duvets and cushions are feather. A TV, a DVD player, a video player and a stereo are provided.

Access needs some thought. Parking is off-road, for one car, and there are steps from the parking area to the front door. The access at the front is shared with the neighbouring property, and the road leading up to the cottage is unsuitable for large vehicles. There is a front garden with a lawn and furniture, and an enclosed rear patio with furniture. West Bay is a few moments away, with its fishing harbour and boat trips.

No pets and no smoking are allowed, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable. The cottage suits a couple or a family of four who are fine with steps and stairs and have no dog.
