Beech

Beech is a two-bedroom lodge for four on the Herston Yards Farm holiday park, a short drive from Swanage. The open-plan living area gathers the kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with an electric fire and a wall-mounted TV, and every room is on one level.

The double bedroom has a Freeview TV and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower over it. The second bedroom is a twin, and a separate shower room has a walk-in shower. In the kitchen are a gas oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer and a dishwasher. Two Freeview TVs, WiFi and gas central heating are fitted, and the rent covers fuel, power, bed linen and towels.

Seven-night stays starting on a Saturday are the rule during the school summer holidays. At other times of year, short breaks begin on a Friday or a Monday.

The enclosed decking has furniture and a hot tub, and there is off-road parking. Pets and smoking are not allowed. The shop and pub are 0.1 miles from the door, The Old Mess Room is on the park, and the beach is 1.3 miles away. Beech suits a family of four or friends sharing who want a hot tub and a bedroom and bathroom on the same floor.
