Bentley Rise

Bentley Rise is a first-floor apartment in Lyme Regis, reached by external steps, so guests need to manage outdoor steps. It sleeps two in a single bedroom with a bespoke hand-crafted double bed and its own en-suite shower room, which has a walk-in shower, a basin and a WC.

Living space is open plan, with the kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area around a woodburning stove. The kitchen has an electric oven, a two-ring induction hob, a microwave, a fridge with an ice box, a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster and a hairdryer. A Smart TV, a DAB radio and WiFi are provided. The heating is electric central heating, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels come with the rent.

The garden is shared, with a patio, a lawned area and furniture, and the house has off-road parking for one car. The river is 0.3 miles away, the pub 0.3 miles, the shop 0.5 miles and the beach 0.7 miles.

Pets and smoking are not allowed, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable. It suits a couple, or a solo traveller, who want a first-floor base within walking distance of the sea. Short breaks in winter, off-season, last-minute and at Christmas can be booked.
