Betty's Buoy

Betty's Buoy is a first-floor apartment in the middle of Weymouth, with a shop, a pub and the beach each 0.1 mile from the door. The open-plan layout puts the kitchen, a dining table and a sitting area with a TV in one room.

A double and a twin bedroom sleep four, and the one bathroom has a bath with a shower over and a heated towel rail. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster and a coffee machine. WiFi is provided, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

Parking is roadside on nearby roads for one hour, with long-stay car parks within a 5 to 10 minute walk. Keys are collected from, and returned to, the letting office, which is approximately a mile from the apartment. The building has a lift, but it is out of action and should not be used.

No pets and no smoking are allowed, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable. The apartment suits a couple or a small family who can do without a car at the door and want the beach and shops within a few steps.
