Betula House

Betula House is a four-bedroom house in quiet surroundings by the River Frome, a short walk along the river from Wareham. It sleeps eight, in two king-size bedrooms, a double and a twin. Two of the bedrooms are en suite, and the family bathroom has a shower over the bath.

On the ground floor there is a games room with a multi-games table and board games, an open-plan kitchen and dining area with a table for eight, a utility room with a washing machine, a lounge with a Smart TV and a conservatory with a sofa. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, an American-style fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. A futon can be added to the games room on request through the owner, but it cannot be used to go beyond the house's sleeping capacity. A travel cot and highchair are available on request.

Outside there is a patio with garden furniture, a lawn, outdoor games and a firepit. A hot tub can be used for a weekly charge, booked in advance directly with the owner. EV charging is on site and paid for through an app, with the details in the welcome pack. Off-road parking at the front takes three cars, and bike storage and a kayak come with the house.

Up to three dogs are allowed, and additional charges may apply. Pubs and shops are within walking distance, and the beach is 9 miles away. The house suits a larger family or two couples travelling together who want a games room, a hot tub and somewhere to charge an electric car.
