Elm Villa

Elm Villa is a Victorian house in the market town of Wareham, with high ceilings and wrought iron fireplaces among its period features. Guests come in through the courtyard garden and a sunroom. From there the layout takes in a shaker-style kitchen, a dining room with seating for six and a woodburning stove, and a sitting room with a bay window, wood floors and an electric fire.

Three bedrooms sleep six: two doubles and a twin. The only bathroom is a shower room with a walk-in shower, on the first floor, and a ground-floor cloakroom has a basin and a WC. The kitchen has an electric oven, a gas hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and a washing machine. A TV with a DVD player and a PlayStation are provided, with wifi, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. A travel cot and a highchair are provided.

Outside there is a courtyard and a further lawned area. The garden is enclosed but not secure. There is one designated parking space in a car park. The nearest shop is 0.2 miles away and the pub 0.1 miles.

One well-behaved dog is welcome, though not upstairs, not on the furniture and never left alone in the house. Smoking is not allowed, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable. The house suits a family or two couples, who can manage with one shower room between them and would like a stove-warmed dining room.
