Birch

Birch sits within the Herston Yards Farm holiday park on the outskirts of Swanage. The park has a shop, The Old Mess Room is there too, and the beach is 1.6 miles away.

Outside, the decking is set with furniture and a hot tub, and parking is provided. No pets or smoking are allowed. Seven-night stays with Saturday arrivals apply across the school summer holidays, and short breaks at other times arrive on a Friday or a Monday.

Inside, the lodge is on one floor and sleeps four. A double bedroom with a TV has an en-suite bathroom, with a bath and shower over it, and the other bedroom is a twin. A separate shower room has a walk-in shower. The open-plan living space has a sitting area with an electric fire, a dining area and a kitchen with a gas oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer and a dishwasher. Two Freeview TVs, WiFi and gas central heating are provided, and the rent covers fuel, power, bed linen and towels.

Birch works for a couple or a family of four who want a hot tub, a shower room with a walk-in shower and the park shop close by.
