Blue Yonder is a period ground-floor apartment at Greenhill in Weymouth, looking over Weymouth Bay. It sleeps five across two bedrooms: the front double overlooks the sea, and the family room has a double bed and a single. The bathroom has a bath with a shower over, a basin and a WC. The beach and a pub are 0.1 miles away and the shop is 0.6 miles.

The kitchen, dining room and sitting room are separate rooms. The kitchen has an electric double oven, a gas hob, a microwave, a dishwasher and a washing machine, and the sitting room has patio doors onto the garden. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included, and there is a TV, a radio and WiFi.

The rear garden is enclosed, with a lawn, a patio and furniture, and it opens directly onto the esplanade and the pebble beach at Greenhill. Two cars can park off the road, one inside the garage and one in front of it. The Lodmoor car park opposite has an electric vehicle charge point that allows overnight charging for a fee. No pets are allowed and smoking is not permitted. The apartment can also be booked alongside Beach Retreat. It suits a family of five or two couples who want to be on the seafront, and not with a dog.
