Bluebell Apartment

You enter Bluebell through a private ground-floor door and climb to the first floor, where the kitchen, dining room and sitting room are. The dining table extends to seat six, and the sitting room has a Smart TV. The apartment is a duplex over the first and second floors. Gas central heating is fitted, and the kitchen has an electric oven, a gas hob, a microwave and a fridge. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

The second floor holds both bedrooms, one of them a bunk room, so four guests is the limit. The bathroom has a bath with a shower over it, and the WC is in a separate cloakroom. A stairgate and a highchair are available.

The apartment is in Swanage, with shops, pubs and restaurants a short walk away and the beach 2 minutes from the door. At the back there is a sizeable terrace with seating. Parking is on the street, subject to availability, with the main car park nearby. WiFi is included.

No pets are allowed, and smoking is only permitted outdoors, in the area at the rear. A good-housekeeping bond is payable. It suits a couple or a family of four who want the beach and the town close by.
